Message	If the Engine has not run, then LIKELY you will have rust on Valve and Cylinder surfaces. The results will be different than if the Engine was run only a week ago.. so in my opinion, the numbers will not mean much.. If it was my motor, I'd yank it apart, and re-ring and bearing.. Nice time to take a Peek at things.. And this will allow you spend more money and time that you had originally planned .. as most builds do.. :) But this is your Build.. so you do what you are comfortable with.. Cj
